Jiří Švejcar is Partner and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group. In the Czech Republic, he leads the Financial Institutions practice and specializes in their digital transformations. He focuses on strategic growth and acquisitions, corporate transformations, and improving customer processes. Jiří has led dozens of business and technology projects for major financial institutions around the world, in Central Europe, and the Middle East. In addition to commercial strategic projects, especially in the financial sector and energy, he also engages in social impact pro bono projects. Jiří has been providing strategic consulting to senior management for 25 years. From 2003 to 2015, he worked at Accenture, where he led strategic consulting for financial institutions in the Central and Eastern European region, before joining BCG in 2015.
