Daniel Krištof has been the Director General of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, the largest supporting organization in the Czech Republic, since September 2O23. Since his arrival, he has focused on continuing the digitalization and improving the quality of targeted counselling for citizens as part of the transformation of the office. He received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles University in Prague, where he studied Psychology of Work and Organization and Clinical Psychology. He has undergone accredited psychotherapeutic training and crisis intervention training. For ten years he worked for Deloitte, where he managed transformations of large companies and worked in top management of major companies such as ČEZ Sales (Energy Company), Česká spořitelna (Bank) and Direct Pojišťovna (Insurance Company). He managed the ČEZ Academy, which helps people save energy with the help of leading Czech experts.
